IT STARTED WITH

A TABLE

Ten years ago, we were invited to a 'table.' We were promised a dinner with people from all walks of life.

We showed up and discovered an 80-foot table. With 80 people from across the city.

On that autumn evening, we tasted something so rare and beautiful - the power of the table - the most equitable and humanizing place on the planet.

From what we learned from ten years of setting tables, we now help companies, organizations and communities leverage those principles and paradigms to create richer, deeper and more authentic cultures where people feel seen, connected and like they belong.
